Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team with day-to-day sales activities and processes. The role involves coordinating with the Sales and Business Development teams, improving sales processes, and helping the team work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and administration.
Assist with sales orders and follow up on order-related requirements.
Identify issues or delays in the sales process and suggest practical solutions.
Help maintain and improve sales processes.
Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams on daily requirements.
Assist in setting and tracking sales objectives and performance measures.
Respond to sales-related questions and provide necessary support to team members.
Identify areas where the sales team may need additional support or training.
Assist with sales training materials and suggest improvements where required.




Monitor sales processes and help ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Stay updated with sales practices and contribute ideas for improving team productivity.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations or a similar role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with sales and business development teams.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
