Design, develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components

(LWC) and Visualforce where needed.
Build and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, triggers and

custom objects to automate business processes.
Own integration implementations and troubleshooting for REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0,

middleware or direct API calls; implement resilient error handling and retry logic.
Implement, deploy, and support Agent force solutions in production: configuration,

governance, security reviews, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate work, and produce

high-quality deliverables.




Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues (data, automation, integrations) in high usage settings.
Participate actively in architecture and design reviews with technical architects; ensure

adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Write and maintain unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate on continuous

improvement of development processes.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments (Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, DevOps

Centre/Copado or similar).
Mentor junior developers, provide constructive code review feedback, and share knowledge across the team
