Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency.
Pitch new products and ensure recent products training and product usage.
Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
Ensure site evaluation & in office assistance for adopted contractorsCo-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
