Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales skilled with 5+ years of proven experience in direct customer sales, lead conversion, client consultation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2C sales and convert leads into customers.
Conduct customer consultations and understand customer requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of B2C sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in handling customers directly and closing sales.
Good English communication skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
