Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, generating admissions, following up with leads, promoting courses, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and other relevant information to students.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Generate recent leads through different sales and marketing activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
Experience in EdTech, education, training, or similar industries is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good knowledge of English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
