Position: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Support management in organizational planning and HR strategy.





Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR management.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
