Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and self-sourcing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursements.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Eligibility:
Post Graduate (Any Stream); MBA/Finance preferred.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
