Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise floor staff.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain floor presentation, cleanliness, and discipline.
Monitor stock and operational requirements.
Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Positive leadership
communication and problem-solving skills with relevant supervisory experience
Must be proficient in Kannada And Malayalam.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
