Experience

1–3 years in an SAP S/4HANA or related SAP ERP support role

SAP End-users with Valuable Business Process knowledge May also apply.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day L1 support to SAP end users across FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
Assist users in resolving SAP-related issues and guide them through standard business processes.
Identify and escalate L2/L3 issues to the AMS support partner and coordinate for timely resolution.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth SAP operations with minimal business disruption.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and process learnings for future reference.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of SAP modules:
SAP FI (Finance)
SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP PP (Production Planning)




Awareness of integration between different SAP modules and business processes.
Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SAP environment.

Preferred Skills
Basic exposure to SAP S/4HANA setting.
Understanding of ticketing/support processes.
Experience in a manufacturing industry support workplace will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
