About the Role

nWe are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies across political campaigns, public affairs, and high-impact political initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of politics, media, and public discourse.

nRoles & Responsibilities

Develop communication strategies, narratives, and messaging for political campaigns and initiatives.

Draft speeches, talking points, briefs, press notes, statements, articles, and other communication material.
n
Conduct research on political, social, economic, and current affairs topics.
n
Monitor news, media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging political narratives.
n
Work closely with strategy, research, creative, digital, and media teams.
n
Support media engagement and external communication initiatives.
n
Translate complex political issues into clear, compelling, and audience-focused communication.
n
Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all communication outputs.
n
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
n

nRequirements

n
More than 5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Political Consulting, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Strong research, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
n
Positive understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, media, and public discourse.
n
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment.
n
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
