We’re looking for a proactive and people -oriented HR Executive to support our day -to -day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands -on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

You’ll work closely with founders and team leads to help build a strong, people -first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Assist in end -to -end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)

- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires

- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and policies

- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes

Employee Engagement

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities

- Support performance review cycles and feedback processes

- Help foster a positive and inclusive work culture

Compliance & Admin

- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and statutory requirements

- Support audits, reports, and HR MIS as needed

- Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, consultants, etc.)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- 0–3 years of experience in an HR or people operations role

- Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time -management abilities

- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
