Roles and Responsibilities :




• Lead HR Shared Services operations across global regions
• Manage, mentor, and monitor HR team performance
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Maintain HR records and generate HR/KPI reports
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and service standards
• Identify and implement HR process improvements
• Support employee and manager HR queries
• Drive team productivity and operational excellence
