About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills with experience in architectural planning, design development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and presentations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD (mandatory).

- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.





- Create 3D models and visual presentations using Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Stay updated with building codes, industry standards, and architectural trends.

Requirements

- Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in architectural design and project execution.

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical documentation.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
