Job Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of jewellery, staff, customers, and premises.
Monitor entry and exit points and verify visitors and employees.
Maintain strict vigilance over jewellery display areas and storage areas.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately.
Conduct security checks as per company procedures.
Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security risks.
Assist during opening and closing of the showroom.
Maintain visitor, incident, and security registers.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, fire incidents, or security threats.
Coordinate with management and police/emergency services when required.
Follow all company security policies and procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in security, preferably in jewellery, retail, banking, or high-value asset security.
Positive observation and communication skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
Basic knowledge of CCTV and security procedures.
Police verification/background check may be required.
