Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, career options, and training programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly admission targets
Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions when required





Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of educational courses (IT/software training preferred)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or relevant field is a plus)
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹10,321.62 - ₹24,407.93 per month
