Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and vendor settlements.
Manage GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file tax returns and support tax audits.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain payroll records and support salary processing.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving prospects.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
