WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR ARCHITECT

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

Employment: Full time

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and take ownership of residential projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations & working drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP & site teams
Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per drawings
Handle client meetings, presentations & design revisions
Review drawings and guide junior architects
Ensure quality, timelines & design standards

Requirements:
B.Arch with 4–6 years of relevant experience
Robust knowledge of residential architecture & construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape is a plus
Valuable communication, coordination & client-handling skills
Ability to independently manage projects
