Role Description The Senior Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer having work experience with technology, intellectual property, licensing, cyber-security and data protection issues. Preference will be given to candidates advising on legal considerations arising out of supply or development of AI and robotics solutions and products.

Qualifications
LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. or specialized certifications in AI, robotics, data privacy laws, and cyber security are an advantage.
Prior experience (typically 5–8 years) at a law firm or in-house role.




Must hold a current license to practice law in the Republic of India.
Strong expertise in corporate and commercial laws, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
Well-honed advisory, negotiation and drafting skills.
Advanced legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary matters.
A high degree of business acumen and a strategic approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal issues clearly to diverse stakeholders and clients.
Proven ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and work effectively in a collaborative team workplace.
High skilled ethics, attention to detail, and commitment to client service and continuous learning.
