We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer with hands-on expertise in Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Webex Contact Center, and UCCE/PCCE platforms. This position is based in GENERAL DATATECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, implement, and manage contact center systems to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of contact center systems and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on contact center applications.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center engineering or a related field.
Robust understanding of contact center technologies and protocols.
Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Webex Contact Center.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
