Job Requirements:
A bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field.
Must have experience in Mass Hiring, Bulk Hiring, Volume Hiring.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidates viability for a position.
Proficiency in handling recruitment databases.
Valuable leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience working on Job Boards, Linkedin and working on alternate sourcing tools.
Experience in hiring for Non tech, Tech.
