Generate sales through effective calling, product communication, follow-ups, and order conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information, perks, and solutions.
Identify current business prospects through lead generation, customer engagement, and systematic follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
