Own and curate Embark’s events strategy, creating high-quality experiences that strengthen the brand, build relationships, generate business conversations and position Embark as a thought leader in the GCC, Talent and Managed Services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Experiences
Own the end-to-end Conceptualising , curating , planning and execution of Embark’s in-house events, leadership forums, client events, roundtables and industry engagements.
Closely working with Service line heads to ensure events to executed as per the plan.
Build an annual events calendar aligned with Embark’s business priorities and GTM strategy.
Develop event concepts, themes, formats and experiences that differentiate Embark.
Manage event budgets, agencies, vendors, venues, speakers and logistics.
Create post-event engagement plans to convert conversations into relationships and opportunities.
Track event ROI, participation, engagement and business impact.
Build a solid network of speakers, industry leaders, CXOs, partners and ecosystem stakeholders.




Engagement with industry bodies as well relevant state government promotion bodies

PR & Corporate Communications
Support Embark’s PR strategy and external positioning.
Work with PR agencies/media partners to drive leadership visibility, media coverage and thought leadership.
Identify prospects for Embark leaders to participate in interviews, panels, podcasts and industry forums.
Develop PR calendars around key company milestones, events, launches and announcements.
Support press releases, media briefs, leadership quotes and corporate stories.
Build relationships with relevant journalists, publications and industry platforms.
Ensure consistency in Embark’s external brand narrative.

Ideal Candidate
8–12 years of experience in corporate events, B2B events, experiential marketing, PR or integrated communications.
Robust experience in curating CXO-level events and business forums.
Ability to conceptualise an event, not just execute logistics.
