Role Description The Senior Finance Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India.

The Senior Finance

Officer will oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting processes, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making with clear insights. The role will involve collaboration with internal departments,



coordination with external auditors and financial institutions, and implementation of financial controls and policies.

The Senior Finance

Officer will also contribute to process improvement, risk management, and adherence to regulatory and tax requirements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
