We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager - HR and Admin to lead our Plant HR operations. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in managing Plant HR operations and leading a Plant HR team, with robust hands-on exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, PMS, Training, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee all aspects of Plant HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
Lead and manage a Plant HR team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Foster positive relationships with employees,



management, and other stakeholders.
Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues and provide guidance to the leadership team.

Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
Solid knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, contract labour management, and manpower planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
