Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
Architect and implement robust backend services using Node.js.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
Design APIs and microservices that support distributed and highly available systems.
Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in software development.
Robust expertise in Node.js and backend architecture.
Hands-on experience with React.js and contemporary frontend development practices.
Strong understanding of System Design principles and patterns.
Experience building and operating Distributed Systems.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Event-Driven Systems.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Exposure to observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Experience working in Agile environments.
