Responsibilities
Identify growth prospects and drive high-impact initiatives.
Own key business metrics such as P&L;, GMV, and KRs.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Manage large-scale programs, processes, risks, and KPIs.
Use data to drive decisions and present insights to leadership.
Define long-term business strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
Experience in Growth, Strategy & Operations.
Experience in Management Consulting or high-growth startups.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven experience owning business KPIs/P&L; and driving initiatives end-to-end.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid team leadership and coaching abilities.
Adaptable and execution-focused mindset.
