This role is ideal for an HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while also taking ownership of key HR generalist functions and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end non IT recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, qualified networks, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, performance management, and exits.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives,



internal communications, and organizational development programs.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and overall HR processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment practices.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
