Job Summary:

Skyocean Shipping is looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling HR responsibilities in a fast-paced shipping and logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accurate employee data.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
Support performance appraisals, employee engagement, and training activities.
Implement company HR policies and maintain proper HR procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company requirements.




Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support the HR Manager in various HR and administrative activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
