Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the end-to-end people function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This full time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, especially in support of an inclusive, tech-focused workforce.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding and engagement initiatives,



implementing HR policies and compliance, and guiding managers on employee development and retention. The role will also drive diversity and inclusion programs, support organizational culture-building, and manage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications
Proven experience in HR leadership roles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR best practices.
Experience designing and executing diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ability to use HR analytics, HRIS tools, and data-driven insights to improve processes and decision-making.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, tech-oriented or startup environments and support organizational change.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an advantage.
