Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data, reporting solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines and integrations.
Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT testing using SQL and Python.
Validate data across Source → Staging → Data Warehouse → Reporting layers.
Perform source-to-target mapping and transformation validation.
Conduct data reconciliation, data balancing, and data-quality checks.
Validate Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, measures, filters, and business logic.
Identify and investigate data discrepancies and quality issues.
Support production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
Manage defects and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, BAs, and business stakeholders.




Contribute to QA standards, data-quality processes, and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Data QA, BI, or Data Warehousing.
3+ years of experience testing enterprise reporting solutions, preferably Power BI.
Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
Hands-on ETL/ELT and data integration testing experience.
Experience working with large datasets and data-quality issues.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
