Role Overview

The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for driving the visual identity of Crimsoune Club across all PAN India stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution skills who can translate brand aesthetics into compelling in-store experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Brand Execution
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Crimsoune Club’s brand DNA and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure consistent visual standards across all stores nationwide.
Translate global and local fashion trends into effective VM concepts.

Store Execution & Rollouts
Plan and execute VM for recent store openings, refits, and renovations.
Oversee window displays, mannequins, floor layouts, and signage across categories.
Ensure timely rollout of seasonal launches, promotions, and special campaigns.





Team Leadership & Training
Lead, mentor, and train regional and store-level VM teams.
Conduct regular VM audits and provide actionable feedback.
Create VM guidelines, manuals, and SOPs for store teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Buying, Design, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams.
Coordinate with vendors for props, fixtures, and visual elements.
Support marketing initiatives, photoshoots, and brand activations when required.

Performance & Analytics
Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimize visual layouts.
Measure VM effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion and sell-through.
Monitor budgets related to VM materials and ensure cost efficiency.
