Bachlor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture/Seed Technology.
Should be able to design and generate robust standard operating processes (SOPs) for monitoring field production of various vegetables and field crops.
Develop and implement detailed inspection plans and checklists for field quality evaluations.
Conduct regular audits of field operations to assess crop quality and adherence to established protocols.
Analyze data from field inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Work closely with field production teams to ensure proper procedures are followed during all stages of crop growth and development.
Identify and address any non-conformances with established quality standards.
Implement best practices for field production to optimize quality and yield.




Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to field production and quality assurance.
Maintain accurate records of all field activities and production data, design and generate meaningful reports on regular basis.
Conduct training programs for the PRD team on quality assurance procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production in-charges and team members, to ensure quality objectives are met.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
