Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our Payments Operations team within Sales Operations. This role will focus on managing payment processing tasks, ensuring accurate tracking, and facilitating seamless coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, proactive communication abilities, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

A working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (user or admin level) is essential for tracking and managing payments, generating reports, and ensuring seamless data accuracy. The role requires working in shifts and collaborating across teams to drive efficiency in payment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Payment Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze pending payments, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
Salesforce CRM Utilization: Track and manage payment records, generate reports, and maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with the Sales team to facilitate payment follow-ups and escalations.
Issue Resolution:



Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with Product and Technology teams.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment statuses, ensuring seamless communication with relevant teams.
Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all operations align with internal guidelines and highlight any process violations.
Daily Reporting: Generate and share detailed payment reports with sales owners and managers using Salesforce and Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 yr working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (admin level experience preferred).
Robust communication skills (both verbal and written).
Previous international calling experience is a plus. (Outcalling is part of the role)
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (experience with data analysis is an advantage).
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle a rapid-paced workplace.
Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory for this role.
