Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits for measurements and analysis to prepare initial design layouts.

Develop interior layouts based on client requirements, preferences, and functional needs.

Prepare and present reference images and design concepts aligned with the client's theme and style.

Engage in regular client interactions and meetings to understand expectations and provide design updates.
n
Create detailed service drawings, layouts, and elevations.
n
Prepare comprehensive working drawings and detailed elevations for all areas of the project.
n
Perform site visits as required to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy during execution.
n
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by the organization.
n
Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, agencies, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
