Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, increase online sales, and strengthen customer engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & PlanningDevelop ROI-driven digital marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.Identify current digital opportunities, trends, and platforms relevant to fashion retail.Set monthly and quarterly targets for traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales performance.
Social Media ManagementLead content strategy for Instagram,



Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Plan campaigns for product launches, festive seasons, influencer collaborations, etc.Analyse platform insights and optimize content for reach & engagement.
Performance MarketingManage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, consideration, retargeting, and conversions.Monitor CPC, CAC, ROAS, and optimize spending for maximum returns.
E-Commerce & Website GrowthWork with e-commerce team to optimize website traffic and sales.Oversee SEO strategy (on-page & off-page) to improve ranking and visibility.Monitor product listings, conversion funnels, and user experience metrics.
Content, Creatives & Brand CommunicationCollaborate with designers and photographers for campaign shoots and digital creatives.Ensure brand consistency in all digital communication.Plan newsletters, SMS, push notific
