Role Description The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth for client brands. This full-time, in office role is based in Kozhikode and involves planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns, including search, social, and other performance-focused platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance strategies, conducting market and audience research, managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and preparing clear, data-backed reports and insights.

The role will collaborate closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills, with experience designing and executing performance-focused digital strategies.




Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends, and translate insights into actionable campaign plans.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present performance reports, and manage client expectations.
Candidates should possess Sales and marketing-oriented thinking, with a focus on conversion optimization, funnel management, and revenue growth.
Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) in performance marketing, including hands-on work with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ecommerce and other paid media tools).
Solid analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in using analytics tools and dashboards to monitor, test, and optimize campaigns.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
