What You’ll Work On
Concept design & architectural storytelling
Design development for residential, commercial & urban projects
High-level presentations, competition entries & client decks
Site-responsive planning & spatial strategy
Material research, detailing & construction logic
Collaborating with consultants, engineers & execution teams
Exposure to future-oriented architecture: sustainability, smart cities, mixed-use developments, and design-led real estate

You won’t be stuck doing one thing — you’ll learn how architecture actually works at scale.

Who We’re Looking For

Must-haves
Solid design sensibility & spatial thinking




Ability to think conceptually and practically
Proficiency SketchUp (or Rhino preferably)
Explicit communication skills (drawings + words)

Nice to have (not mandatory)
Interest in urban design / real estate / large-scale projects
Experience with competitions or research-driven design
Familiarity with sustainability, passive design, or climate-responsive architecture
Willingness to learn AI-assisted design workflows
