Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing MIS Executive to manage marketing and sales data, generate MIS reports, and prepare performance dashboards to support decision-making for our Lighting Division.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the marketing and sales teams
Maintain sales data, customer databases, and order tracking reports
Generate target vs achievement and performance reports
Support the marketing team with data analysis and presentations
Ensure data accuracy in MS Excel and ERP systems
Track enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely data updates




Prepare management dashboards and summary reports

Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems
Positive understanding of marketing and sales reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualification
Graduate in Commerce / Management / Any relevant field

Experience Required:
2 to 4 years of relevant MIS or marketing reporting experience
