Job Summary The Project Head acts as the principal executive in office, directing all phases of development for the commercial, IT, and residential zones. You will synchronize the efforts of site engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and financial targets.

Core Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Directly oversee and guide site engineers across all workfronts to ensure execution aligns strictly with approved blueprints and quality standards.
Progress Tracking & Status Reporting: Thoroughly review and validate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from the engineering team and prepare comprehensive current status updates for executive stakeholders.
Forward Planning: Analyze site momentum and current milestones to forecast upcoming months' planning, ensuring seamless material delivery and labor allocation.
Cost & Procurement Control: Prepare, review, and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to drive accurate procurement, budget management, and contractor negotiations.
End-to-End Execution:



Drive daily construction operations across the IT park, retail spaces, and residential towers, resolving bottlenecks to maintain the master schedule.
Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with local municipal bodies to secure necessary permits and ensure zero compliance breaches.
Risk Mitigation: Deploy proactive contingency plans to address potential timeline delays, labor shortages, or supply chain issues.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
15+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years operating as the primary lead on large-scale mixed-use projects.
Deep fluency in up-to-date construction methodologies, BOQ preparation, and sustainable building certifications (e.g., LEED or IGBC)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
