Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Write customized, compelling, and professional proposals based on client requirements.
Communicate with potential clients via platform chat and follow up effectively.
Understand project scope, timelines, and budgets before bidding.
Coordinate with internal technical/design teams to clarify project details.
Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions.
Negotiate project terms and assist in closing deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a freelance bidder or online business development executive.
Robust knowledge of freelancing platforms and their bidding algorithms.
Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
Ability to understand technical services (Web, App, UI/UX, SaaS, OTT, AI, etc.).




Result-oriented with strong lead conversion skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience bidding for IT services, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, OTT platforms, or AI solutions.
Knowledge of CRM tools or bid-tracking sheets.
Experience working with startups or agencies.
