Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with registrations and appointments
Manage front desk operations and patient flow efficiently
Handle calls, queries, and coordination with departments
Maintain accurate patient records and billing support

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (hospital/LIS experience preferred)
Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
