Your impact

Administration Officer & Site Document Controller
Receipt of drawings and maintain the register for drawings received from HO.
Issue drawings to contractors through transmittal
Receipt and distribution of incoming documents
Maintain site filing system.
Assist Client in verification of contractor’s document for issue of gate passes.
Arrange and manage site transport for Jacobs Personnel
Arrange staff accommodation for Jacobs Personnel
Prepare / maintain site accounts.
