Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Robust experience in US IT sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions .
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms .
Valuable understanding of US work authorization and visa categories .
Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 .
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, and Cybersecurity .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Willingness to work in US Night Shift .
