Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday can be working day with any other weekday as an off)
We are looking for an Academic Counselor who will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward enrolling in the right courses offered by the organization. The role involves interacting with prospective students, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students through calls
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate student and lead data
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation
Provide timely and accurate information about courses and batches
