We are running a live, on-ground campaign where people experience an interactive activity.
Your job is easy:talk to people, invite them to participate, guide them, repeat.

This is not a desk job.
This is not a technical role.
This is not a “marketing theory” position.

If you’re uncomfortable speaking to strangers, do not apply.

Key Responsibilities
Approach people confidently in public spaces (events, exhibitions, malls, activations)
Start conversations without hesitation
Invite people to participate in a short interactive experience
Explain the experience in straightforward, clear language:
Assist participants during the activity
Maintain a friendly, energetic, and skilled attitude throughout the day
Handle rejection calmly and move on to the next person
Represent the brand responsibly on the ground

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Comfortable talking to strangers all day:
Confident body language and clear speech
Energetic, polite, and presentable
Can stand and move around for long hours




Can follow instructions and scripts properly
Punctual and reliable

VR or tech experience is NOT required. Training will be provided.

Compensation
Paid per day / per campaign:
Competitive on-ground rates (based on experience and confidence)
Performance-based continuation for future campaigns

Selection Process
Short interaction test (live or video)
No long interviews
If you can talk confidently, you qualify
