PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proper Study of Drawing, BOQ and specification before mobilization at site.
Appointment of Labour contractor, Site supervisor with the consultation of Directors.
Preparation of Technical submittal with sample, catalogue and get the approval from client.
Prepare the work schedule with the consultation of site supervisor and Labour contractor, you should consider the client expected delivery date before finalization of your schedule, the schedule should be at least a week prior than the actual completion date given by client.
Preparation of Master indents and obtains the approval from Director/Asso. Director for the same.
Submit the certified Master indent soft and hard copy to Purchase dept. and Coordinate for goods delivery.
Actively monitor the work workplace for hazards. Identify and highlight possible risk on project and ensure that that the quality and safety requirements are adhered at site.
Follow up with Supervisors/s and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings,



specifications & as per planned dates in schedule.
Ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the site team.
Get the measurement sheet on regular immediate after completion of activity and get it certified from the client on regular basis.
Responsible for RA billing monthly or as per work order terms, this is compulsory.
Report to concern person for any extra work (that is not in our scope of work), send quotation with the help of Estimation dept. and get it approved from the client before execution.
Interact with Client’s Project Manager Clarification, rectification in drawing etc.
Weekly reporting about progress, non compliance, delay in work to Client’s the Project Manager /Superiors.
Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the s/ Sub-Contractor’s Representatives after written approval from client.
