Role Objective

The Sales Executive - Field Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding regional presence, and building long-term customer relationships across Maharashtra.

This role demands solid field sales execution, battery product knowledge, and the ability to convert opportunities through disciplined follow-ups and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development





Execute field sales activities across assigned territories in Maharashtra

Identify and develop current customers, distributors, and channel partners

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions

Battery Sales & Market Expertise

Sell industrial and automotive battery solutions tailored to customer needs

Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer requirements

Revenue & Target Ownership

Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and order finalisation

Internal Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery

Support post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and market intelligence records
