Your RoleAs an Artwork Planning Co-ordinator you will assist in managing multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Assist in managing and keeping records of day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects -.
Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D;, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
Assist the Artwork Planning Lead in meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs),



and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork.
Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.
Communicate updates to Artwork Planning Lead and stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks
Assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned and recommend improvements.
Assist in compiling all project documents, including regular status reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions.
Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in artwork coordination, printing and digital assets creation within a CPG or FMCG setting.
