Responsibilities:
Visit doctors daily & explain Infedis Doctor Loyalty Program
Build robust, long-term qualified relationships with doctors.
Perform cold calls & fix appointments
Territory-based daily field visits. Plan and execute daily field visits as per assigned territories. Maintain a structured route plan to maximize coverage and productivity
Daily reporting to Marketing Manager
Achieve monthly sales targets. Meet and exceed monthly sales and doctor conversion targets. Actively track progress towards goals and take corrective actions when required.
Submit daily reports to the Marketing Manager including visits, conversions, follow-ups, and market insights.
Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, call reports, and field activity logs
Convert & manage 100 doctors Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Com preferred) -Languages: Marathi & Hindi (mandatory), Basic English
Experience: On-field sales/marketing experience preferred
Others: Bike + Valid Driving License: Mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
