Activity list and Key Responsibilities:
Encourage the development of critical thinking skills
Prepare instructional aids and additional teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs
Responsible for conducting assessment, marking attendance and evaluating students
Keep stakeholders informed of schools/students& academic progress




Responsible for developing concept video
Responsible for understanding the teaching pedagogy of Vidya Sahyog and implementing the same for the classes allocated.
Standards of quality. This includes lesson plans, student academic evaluation, students’ details.
Responsible for reporting with full transparency the academic progress for the Subjects/classes/students to mentor
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Educational Qualification:
Personal qualities required
Preferred Educational Qualifications: B.Ed. OR Bachelor with a specialization in Science.
Prior experience as Science teacher, preferably within a similar environment.
Must be an excellent communicator.
Good in online teaching technology and have valuable computer/MS office tools knowledge to match the current teaching methodology.
